Lead Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in architecture planning, design, and migration for platform, database, middleware, and backup towers.
• Lead structural and architectural design to ensure highly scalable and extensible solutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and developing permanent fixes.
• Strategize and implement disaster recovery, backup, and recovery plans.
• Conduct technology capacity planning and review technical performance to improve efficiency.
• Manage team resourcing, including forecasting talent needs, hiring, and training direct reports.
• Oversee performance management, setting goals, and conducting timely appraisals for the team.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, operations manuals, and data architecture guidance.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in system administration or related technical roles.
• Mandatory expertise in SAP HANA Cloud Integration.
• Proven experience in architecture planning and design.
• Strong background in disaster recovery and backup planning.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and talent development.
