About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Branding Operations team managing Display, Video, CTV, Native, In-App, and Rewarded Video campaigns.
  • Oversee timely setup, optimization, and delivery across Managed Services, Xaprio DSP, and Deal Desk.
  • Collaborate with Client Servicing and Sales teams to convert briefs into executable campaigns and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Product and Tech teams to improve campaign infrastructure, workflow automation, and delivery systems.
  • Take complete ownership of delivery, quality, revenues, and P&L for the Branding vertical.
  • Manage deal activations and pacing across The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360.
  • Ensure adherence to brand safety, viewability, and fraud protection using tools like IAS, MOAT, Pixalate, and Human.
  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performance operations team aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of experience in Programmatic or Digital Advertising Operations (Branding vertical).
  • Proven expertise in Display, Video, CTV, Native, and In-App campaign management.
  • Mandatory expertise in deal setup, management, and optimization across TTD and DV360.
  • Strong understanding of Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), PMP, and Open Exchange delivery models.
  • Deep knowledge of the adtech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, Deal IDs, and measurement tools.
  • Experience working with global markets such as US, UK, MENA, SEA, APAC, or LATAM.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analytical mindset focused on data accuracy, performance, and process hygiene.
