About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of prospective and existing customers focusing on net growth, renewals, and expansion sales
  • Act as the primary commercial contact using a consultative approach to provide value
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations to ensure long-term relationships
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments regarding marketing technology landscapes
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders from C-suite to end users
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and implement churn minimization strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, customer success, and product teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS experience, preferably in Analytics, Mobile, or MarTech
  • Proven track record of managing contract renewals and complex deal cycles
  • Consistent history of achieving quota targets and accurate forecasting
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to create value-based narratives
  • Experience presenting complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regularly

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms
