About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a book of prospective and existing customers focusing on net growth, renewals, and expansion sales
- Act as the primary commercial contact using a consultative approach to provide value
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations to ensure long-term relationships
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments regarding marketing technology landscapes
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders from C-suite to end users
- Monitor KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and implement churn minimization strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, customer success, and product teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of SaaS experience, preferably in Analytics, Mobile, or MarTech
- Proven track record of managing contract renewals and complex deal cycles
- Consistent history of achieving quota targets and accurate forecasting
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to create value-based narratives
- Experience presenting complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms
