About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic external consultant for high-growth customers, driving long-term campaign strategy and revenue growth.
  • Build robust business cases and perform opportunity sizing to influence leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead and execute initiatives such as new tools and training to enhance Snap’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Advise clients on product, technical, and measurement capabilities to maximize campaign performance.
  • Leverage complex performance data to deliver impactful, data-driven business insights and influence account strategy.
  • Mentor Account Managers and disseminate best-in-class work across the organization.
  • Foster alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver on unique business and performance needs.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the digital media space.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Analytics.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience analyzing large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
  • Expert understanding of media management, campaign diagnostics, and optimization in a biddable auction environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently with C-level representatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager or equivalent non-entry level experience.
  • A passion for Snapchat as a user and deep knowledge of our advertising products.
