About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic external consultant for high-growth customers, driving long-term campaign strategy and revenue growth.
- Build robust business cases and perform opportunity sizing to influence leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Lead and execute initiatives such as new tools and training to enhance Snap’s go-to-market strategy.
- Advise clients on product, technical, and measurement capabilities to maximize campaign performance.
- Leverage complex performance data to deliver impactful, data-driven business insights and influence account strategy.
- Mentor Account Managers and disseminate best-in-class work across the organization.
- Foster alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver on unique business and performance needs.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in the digital media space.
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Analytics.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience analyzing large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
- Expert understanding of media management, campaign diagnostics, and optimization in a biddable auction environment.
- Proven ability to communicate confidently with C-level representatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager or equivalent non-entry level experience.
- A passion for Snapchat as a user and deep knowledge of our advertising products.
