Lead Academic Program Manager, Cloud & Network Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and defining program roadmaps.
• Drive program development through cross-functional collaboration with subject matter experts and instructional teams.
• Monitor post-launch performance by tracking KPIs such as enrollment, retention, and labor market alignment.
• Align stakeholders across a matrixed organization to ensure successful execution and decision-making.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a technical or engineering field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, Cloud Computing, etc.).
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of directly relevant professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, program management, or educational program development.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and synthesizing insights for decision-making.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving outcomes through influence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with curriculum or assessment development.
• Up-to-date knowledge of cloud computing, networking, AI Ops, ML Ops, or adjacent technical fields.
• Experience with online program marketing, SEO, or digital acquisition metrics.
