L&D Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver global learning programs across multiple employee levels to ensure alignment with business priorities
• Design and develop blended learning solutions, including digital courses, leadership programs, and performance support tools
• Embed AI into L&D practices by using AI-powered authoring tools for content creation and operational efficiency
• Drive global L&D projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams across different departments and regions
• Own program effectiveness through data analysis, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance engagement
• Manage L&D operations and systems, specifically the Learning Management System (FlixUni)

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate L&D or program management in an international environment
• Proven experience designing digital and blended learning solutions (e.g., e-learning, learning paths)
• Strong digital mindset with hands-on experience using LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo)
• Ability to manage multiple learning programs end-to-end, including timelines and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using learning data and metrics to drive program optimization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or a strong interest in using AI tools for content creation and learning personalization
