L&D Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver global learning programs across multiple employee levels to ensure quality and alignment with business priorities
• Drive global L&D projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams across different departments and regions
• Design and develop blended learning solutions, including digital courses and leadership programs, using AI-powered authoring tools
• Embed AI into everyday L&D practices to improve content creation, personalization, and operational efficiency
• Own program effectiveness through data analysis, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance engagement
• Manage L&D operations and systems, specifically the Learning Management System (FlixUni), to ensure scalable processes

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate L&D or program management within an international environment
• Proven experience designing and supporting digital and blended learning solutions (e.g., e-learning, learning paths)
• Strong digital mindset with hands-on experience using LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo)
• Ability to own and deliver multiple learning programs end-to-end, managing timelines and stakeholders independently
• Proficiency in using learning data and metrics to drive program optimization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or a strong interest in using AI tools for learning and development
• Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
