L&D Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver global learning programs across multiple employee levels to ensure quality and business alignment
• Drive international L&D projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Design and develop blended learning solutions, including digital courses and leadership programs, using AI-powered authoring tools
• Embed AI into L&D practices to improve content creation, personalization, and operational efficiency
• Optimize program effectiveness through data analysis of engagement, completion rates, and learner feedback
• Manage L&D operations and the Learning Management System (FlixUni) to ensure scalable and efficient processes

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate L&D or program management in an international environment
• Proven experience designing digital and blended learning solutions with a focus on business impact
• Strong digital mindset with proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo) and learning technologies
• Ability to own and deliver multiple learning programs end-to-end, managing timelines and priorities independently
• Experience using learning data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for working in cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or a strong interest in utilizing AI tools for learning and development
• Experience working in fast-paced, tech-driven, or highly international organizations
