L&D Head

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the L&D and HR team to ensure delivery of strategic training initiatives and HR interventions
• Identify training needs through business analysis, stakeholder feedback, and performance data
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs focusing on sales skills, soft skills, and leadership development
• Partner with regional and functional heads to customize training interventions
• Track training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery methodologies

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience
• At least 10 years of core experience in Learning & Development (L&D)
• Experience leading L&D and HR teams
• Proven experience in pan-regional collaboration
• Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory
• Certified L&D professional from a recognized institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in instructional design, behavioral training, or coaching
• Background in high-performance, sales-driven environments
