About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the L&D and HR team to ensure delivery of strategic training initiatives and HR interventions
- Identify training needs through business analysis, stakeholder feedback, and performance data
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs focusing on sales skills, soft skills, and leadership development
- Partner with regional and functional heads to customize training interventions
- Track training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery methodologies
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience
- At least 10 years of core experience in Learning & Development (L&D)
- Experience leading L&D and HR teams
- Proven experience in pan-regional collaboration
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory
- Certified L&D professional from a recognized institution
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in instructional design, behavioral training, or coaching
- Background in high-performance, sales-driven environments
