L&D Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging learning content and experiences
• Lead in-person onboarding and ongoing training sessions
• Manage digital learning platform content and the annual learning calendar
• Plan and manage learning events, including venue setup and budget oversight
• Evaluate learner performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct store visits to observe and coach employees in real-time
• Support SETA submissions by maintaining accurate training records

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Prior exposure to a training or facilitation role
• Strong ability to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel nationally
• Passion for pet care and retail

Preferred Qualifications

• Articulate (Storyline) experience
