L&D Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and implement engaging training programs for employees at all levels
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps
• Organize training logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate training records and generate progress reports
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including troubleshooting and user support
• Assist the HR Manager in overseeing performance management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in hospitality
• Proficiency in English
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic graphic and video design software skills are a plus
