L&D Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to understand learning needs and turn them into engaging solutions
• Act as a trusted L&D consultant, advising stakeholders on the best learning approaches
• Design and deliver impactful learning experiences including onboarding, workshops, and e-learning
• Create and update digital learning content and manage the LMS
• Develop practical learning materials such as presentations, videos, and guides
• Initiate and coordinate internal learning projects from idea to execution
• Measure impact and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an L&D specialist, consultant, or project manager
• Solid understanding of instructional design principles and how people learn
• Hands-on experience with e-learning development and LMS administration
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in an international environment
