L&D and HR Operations Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Analyze Individual Development Plans to identify training needs aligned with company strategy
• Support the creation, planning, and coordination of training activities including classroom sessions, webinars, and e-learning
• Coordinate with external training providers and manage relationships with interprofessional training funds
• Monitor training activities and collect/analyze participant feedback
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards regarding training KPIs
• Provide operational support for the LMS platform and related documentation
• Assist HR Business Partners in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and performance management
• Maintain and update data within the HRIS and support process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (in progress or completed) in Psychology, Education Sciences, or Economics
• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
• Interest in digital tools such as LMS, HRIS, and people analytics
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in data analysis and process automation
