LCA Community Coordinator Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate weekly meetings for LCA analysts and manage the upcoming topic schedule
• Draft and distribute meeting minutes using AI tools and track follow-up actions with leaders
• Support the logistical organization of the annual 2-day seminar, including agenda construction and speaker coordination
• Maintain the LCA summary tracker to analyze Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) volumes and consolidate monthly reports
• Administer storage spaces such as SharePoint and Google Drive to ensure access to up-to-date guides and training tools
• Assist in mapping and structuring the emission factor database (raw materials, electronics, processes, etc.)
• Prepare summary sheets for the validation of new emission factors in committee
• Support the deployment of supplier CO2 data collection requirements and checklists
• Assist the Global Coordinator in consolidating technical LCA data to support public positions and monitor external regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program
• Bilingual or fluent in English for international interactions
• Excellent proficiency in French for liaison with Public Affairs
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentation creation
• Interest in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) principles and Carbon Footprint (Scopes 1, 2, 3)
• Knowledge of or familiarity with LCA software such as Sphera or GaBi
• Strong communication and synthesis skills to transform technical discussions into clear action plans
