Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.)
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian and UAE laws and regulations
• Proven experience advising corporate clients
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
