Responsibilities

• Take charge of and complete assigned files
• Prepare and plead files in both judicial and extrajudicial settings
• Manage all legal, administrative, and financial aspects of files
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in a spirit of teamwork
• Provide client service focused on competence, rigor, and efficiency

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil, commercial, or construction litigation
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
• Ability to work autonomously while valuing collaboration
• Excellent communication and legal drafting skills
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines
