Responsibilities

  • Observe and assist with witness interviews, hearings, and trials
  • Review police reports, transcribe 911 calls, and support plea negotiations
  • Participate in arraignments, calendar calls, hearings, and trials where eligible
  • Complete substantive writing assignments and training practicums
  • Engage with Assistant District Attorneys and criminal justice leaders for mentorship and networking

Requirements

  • Current law student
  • First-semester law school transcript required before offer
  • Full-time, in-person availability from June 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026
  • Interest in criminal justice and prosecution work
