Law Contract Lifecycle Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the custodian of contract documents, ensuring proper storage, organization, retrieval, and disposal throughout the lifecycle.
• Create and modify legal contract templates within the Sirion contract management system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues, counterparty risks, and user access concerns.
• Support internal and external audits, litigation, and confidential business development projects by providing required documentation.
• Manage user provisioning and access governance within the Sirion system to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Partner with IT to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system integration issues related to legal entities and connected platforms like Salesforce.
• Perform system testing for releases, enhancements, and defect remediation to ensure stability.
• Develop and present training materials and content for business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s Degree and 4+ years of experience; OR 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge or education in law, compliance, supply chain, or business management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting systems or processes subject to SOX or other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Relevant certifications in contract management.
