Laundry Worker 2

Responsibilities

• Lead subordinate laundry workers and coordinate daily laundry activities
• Perform primary laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding
• Execute custodial responsibilities to maintain a clean work environment
• Oversee laundry operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Six months of experience as a Laundry Worker 1 or equivalent in a large commercial or institutional laundry setting
• Completion of a laundry operations training course may substitute for three months of the required experience
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver's license by the time of hire
• Ability to meet departmental driving standards
