Laundry Valet

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and deliver laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing for guests
• Handle guest requests, belongings, and personal items with care and discretion
• Prepare linen to support team success
• Perform sewing and garment repairs
• Operate laundry equipment correctly
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and room moves for guests
• Accurately record and charge all items
• Assist in controlling linen stocks and inventories
• Process and distribute staff uniforms
• Maintain a clean and tidy linen room and work environment

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
• Warm, enthusiastic, and positive personality
• Ability to work under pressure and at high speed
• Physical ability to kneel, push, pull, lift, carry, reach, stand, and walk frequently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and able to work independently or follow directions
• Flexibility to work shifts between Monday and Sunday

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the Hospitality Industry
• Minimum 6 months experience in laundry services
