Laundry Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest and employee linens clean and tidy
• Ensure cleanliness of laundry machines and assigned areas
• Keep the laundry and linen room clean and organized
• Dust equipment at the end of every shift
• Stack and clean the flat iron
• Attend all scheduled training and on-the-job training sessions
• Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and professional uniform standards
• Follow emergency and evacuation procedures
• Listen to guest suggestions and report them to the laundry manager

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
