Laundry Attendant

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled linens, towels, uniforms, and other items based on fabric type and color
• Operate industrial washing machines and dryers efficiently
• Pre-treat stains and handle delicate fabrics using correct cycles and temperatures
• Use appropriate amounts of detergents, softeners, and chemicals
• Inspect, fold, iron, and organize clean laundry to meet quality standards
• Maintain and clean laundry equipment and report malfunctions
• Handle guest laundry requests with personalized service and timely delivery
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines, including chemical handling
• Coordinate with housekeeping teams to meet daily quotas

Requirements

• Ability to operate industrial laundry machinery
• Knowledge of fabric care and chemical usage
• Strong attention to detail for quality control and folding
• Ability to follow strict health and safety protocols
• Teamwork and communication skills
