Launch Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Marketing & Distribution DRI for all new property openings and transitions
• Build and manage launch project plans covering OTA listing setup, property naming, and channel distribution
• Coordinate OTA listing transfers and ensure content meets Kasa standards
• Track launch readiness milestones and flag risks or blockers
• Run regular cross-functional launch syncs with Revenue, Ops, and Distribution teams
• Develop and execute pre-opening marketing playbooks including PR, local activations, and influencer outreach
• Ensure all marketing assets like listing copy and photography are ready at launch
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to develop property-level commercial plans and market positioning

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in marketing operations, brand launches, or project management
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or multi-location consumer businesses preferred
• Exceptional project management and tracking skills
• Commercial fluency regarding positioning, pricing, and channel mix
• Familiarity with OTA and distribution platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia
• Ability to work overnight hours (Tuesday through Saturday) to align with U.S. business hours
• Must be based in the Philippines
