Launch Manager, Navan Premier

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migrations for strategic Navan Premier clients from legacy travel programs to Navan
• Own project plans, timelines, discovery, data migration, go-live, and early adoption
• Advise senior stakeholders including travel managers, finance leaders, and procurement teams
• Map legacy policies, workflows, suppliers, reporting, and duty of care into Navan solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, Support, and Customer Success
• Design and deliver training, change management, SOPs, and launch collateral
• Identify risks early, escalate issues quickly, and help shape the Premier migration playbook

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, account management, project management, or corporate travel program management
• Strong knowledge of corporate travel programs, including policy configuration, approvals, reporting, and duty of care
• Experience administering expense programs and/or corporate card or FinTech programs
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERPs and month-end close processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong execution, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or similar CRM and project management tools
• Background supporting complex enterprise or high-touch client launches
• Experience translating customer feedback into product or process improvements
