Launch Manager, Navan Premier

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-touch migrations for strategic Premier clients, managing the end-to-end transition from legacy systems to Navan.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including travel managers, CFOs, and procurement leaders.
• Conduct discovery processes to map legacy policies, workflows, preferred suppliers, and duty of care requirements into Navan solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve migration complexities.
• Design and deliver tailored change management and training programs to drive rapid end-user adoption.
• Capture migration insights to optimize process efficiency and scale the Navan Premier playbook.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, account management, or project management.
• Deep expertise in corporate travel program management, including policy configuration and approval workflows.
• Direct experience implementing or administering expense programs and/or corporate card/FinTech programs.
• Understanding of financial systems and month-end close processes, ideally with cloud-based ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for customer and prospect visits.
