Launch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-touch migrations from Reed & Mackay to Navan Premier, managing all workstreams and timelines
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including travel managers, CFOs, and procurement
• Map legacy policies, workflows, and reporting requirements into Navan solutions
• Partner with Sales on pre-engagement opportunities and RFP responses
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve migration complexities
• Translate customer pain points into actionable feedback for the product roadmap
• Design and deliver change management and training programs to drive end-user adoption
• Optimize the Navan Premier playbook through continuous process improvement

Requirements

• 4+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, account management, project management, or corporate travel program management
• Deep familiarity with corporate travel programs, policy configuration, and duty of care
• Direct experience implementing or administering expense or corporate card programs
• Understanding of month-end close processes and cloud-based ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct)
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or similar CRM and project management platforms
