Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 15-20 client implementation projects across their complete lifecycle
• Serve as the consultant, application configuration expert, and project manager for clients
• Translate the deployment of Glia’s tools and technology into measurable ROI for executive stakeholders
• Build and maintain project infrastructure including schedules, communication plans, and RAID logs
• Manage client expectations and proactively mitigate risks to keep timelines on track
• Train client administrators on platform configuration and support operators through simulated exercises
• Identify and recommend internal procedures to scale service delivery

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or Enterprise-level clients
• Understanding of APIs, HTML, and network security
• Hands-on experience configuring applications or software platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, or enterprise tools)
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple client-facing projects simultaneously
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams
• Strong project management skills and a background in technical consultancy
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in or with Contact Centers
• Experience training end-users on systems
• Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare industries
• Project management or technical certification
