Launch Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Represent and advance technical capabilities of the assembly shop during the launch phase
• Collect, summarize, and disseminate technical information for decision-making
• Monitor launch deadlines, tools, equipment readiness, and assembly shop budget
• Coordinate measures with project-specific specialist departments and manufacturing sites
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and presentations related to assembly shop costs
• Develop and maintain detailed timelines for assembly shop activities
• Establish start-up organization and implement communication channels
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and develop training programs for assembly processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in logistics within BEV/ICE OEM or automotive industry
• Strong technical understanding of assembly production processes
• Proficiency in analyzing production data and making data-driven decisions
• Experience in optimizing assembly production processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Proficiency in project management and change management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in Production Management or Planning
