About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent and advance technical capabilities of the assembly shop during the launch phase
- Collect, summarize, and disseminate technical information for decision-making
- Monitor launch deadlines, tools, equipment readiness, and assembly shop budget
- Coordinate measures with project-specific specialist departments and manufacturing sites
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and presentations related to assembly shop costs
- Develop and maintain detailed timelines for assembly shop activities
- Establish start-up organization and implement communication channels
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and develop training programs for assembly processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in logistics within BEV/ICE OEM or automotive industry
- Strong technical understanding of assembly production processes
- Proficiency in analyzing production data and making data-driven decisions
- Experience in optimizing assembly production processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Proficiency in project management and change management software
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialization in Production Management or Planning
