Launch Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical data related to the body shop
• Monitor deadlines, milestones, and budgets for press parts and ladder frames
• Collaborate with finance teams to assess financial implications and cost-effective launch strategies
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for press and frame processes
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for decision making
• Develop and maintain detailed timelines for press and frame components
• Establish a start-up organization for the body shop, including personnel selection
• Implement effective communication channels and technology-driven solutions for launch management

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with 2 years of experience
• OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with 5 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing and Visual systems
• Proficiency in Project Management and Ergonomic evaluations
• Experience with Quality circles, Engineering drafting, and Modeling software
