Launch Lead

About the Company

Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We are building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company to make clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.

Responsibilities

• Design and document repeatable market-launch programs spanning real estate, fleet, inventory, and logistics
• Build tooling and systems including trackers, checklists, and SOPs to increase launch velocity
• Partner with Fleet, Ops, facilities, marketing, and Sales to standardize cross-functional handoffs
• Maintain and evolve launch templates for temporary and warehouse site models
• Lead in-market activation for new geographies, including site walkthroughs and vendor coordination
• Drive program strategy by forecasting launch sequencing and tracking KPIs like time-to-revenue and cost-per-launch

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• 5+ years leading projects, programs, or teams in dispersed geographies
• Experience in compliance-heavy or regulated environments
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret program requirements
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and documentation
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
