Responsibilities

• Coordinate the installation, validation, and buy-off of workstations in plant, ensuring compliance with industrial engineering, ergonomics, and safety requirements.
• Design, implement, and update Minimal Material Handling (MMH) and Low-Cost Automation (LCA) solutions.
• Maintain updated CAD drawings according to real floor conditions and Plans of Record (POR).
• Manage and update databases and tracking indicators including open issue lists, WPI/ELM checklists, PFEP data, Kaizen Journal, timelines, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, and WPI teams to ensure correct implementation of changes during production.
• Act as the primary point of contact for problem resolution at assigned stations to ensure rapid response times and launch plan compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience in automotive launch environments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (specifically Excel and Access)
• Familiarity with ODCICS2 systems (Engineering & EBOM screens)
• Knowledge of ergonomics and its application in production lines
• Experience in collaborative and multifunctional environments
• Strong organizational, oral communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and changing environments
