About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead all content and creator efforts for the Latin American market
- Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads
- Build and manage a pipeline of Latin American creators
- Run influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers
- Collaborate with paid marketing to optimize content performance
- Identify and jump on trends before they hit the For You Page
- Write briefs and provide creative feedback to external creators
- Collaborate daily with growth, distribution, and product teams in the Paris office
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience making short-form content
- Experience creating content for ads, specifically UGC
- Experience managing creators or providing creative feedback
- Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Latin American creator landscape
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese and English
- Experience living in Latin America
- Ability to work onsite in Paris
