About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market penetration for industrial textile and signage solutions across Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Strengthen distributor relationships and establish a strong Epson presence with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and marketing programs, including SPIFFs and co-op advertising.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using Epson products, programs, and services.
  • Provide monthly product forecasts and weekly sell-through/inventory reports to Latin America Operations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, sales training, and participate in trade shows and distributor seminars.
  • Monitor industry trends and regional economic conditions to inform management of potential business impacts.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, channel management, or business development.
  • Proven experience working within Latin America and Caribbean markets (e.g., Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Venezuela).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Must reside in the Miami, Florida area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in industrial printing, technology, signage, or textile industries.
  • Knowledge of regional distribution models and business practices in Latin America.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience collaborating with international, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
