About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the lateral partner recruitment team
  • Maintain the applicant tracking process, including data entry and management
  • Prepare interview schedules, including calendar invites and information packets
  • Solicit and track interview comments from stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics such as reserving conference rooms and arranging refreshments or external dining
  • Maintain candidate files and search firm agreement files
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials and PowerPoint presentations
  • Support market research and communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • University degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in professional services
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
