About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the lateral partner recruitment team
- Maintain the applicant tracking process, including data entry and management
- Prepare interview schedules, including calendar invites and information packets
- Solicit and track interview comments from stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics such as reserving conference rooms and arranging refreshments or external dining
- Maintain candidate files and search firm agreement files
- Assist in preparing meeting materials and PowerPoint presentations
- Support market research and communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree
- 1-2 years of experience in professional services
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail
