LATAM Markets Direct Access (MDA) Specialist | Senior Vice President

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers at professional Ultra-High Net Worth firms and Family Offices in the LATAM region.
• Drive growth of the LATAM client base by expanding accounts and increasing revenue.
• Partner with Private Bankers, Investment Counselors, and the Global Family Office Group to present a unified view of Citi’s capabilities.
• Lead the marketing of quantitative investment strategies (QIS) and actively managed certificates (AMCs) to regional clients.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, and Legal teams to maintain robust operational procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assess risk in all business decisions to safeguard the firm, its clients, and its assets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in institutional sales or relationship management.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is strongly preferred.
• Expert knowledge of products including cash trading, derivatives, QIS, and Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs).
• Proven experience working with Family Offices and navigating institutional suitability requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree, MBA, or CFA designation.
• Deep understanding of prime brokerage, financing, credit extension, and structuring.
