About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain time-phased finished product replenishment plans for LATAM warehouses by translating global supply plans.
- Execute and improve DRP parameters including replenishment policies, lead times, MOQs, and safety stock settings.
- Monitor replenishment execution and proactively adjust plans to mitigate supply, logistics, and customs risks.
- Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and import/export teams to ensure accurate execution of STOs and sales orders in SAP and OMP.
- Maintain accurate master and transactional data within ERP systems.
- Optimize regional inventory levels in alignment with global planning strategies and customer service objectives.
- Own end-to-end Brazil import coordination, including customs processes, documentation, and goods receipt.
- Execute shipment consolidation strategies for Brazil-bound materials and track order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian trade regulations and internal trade compliance requirements.
- Analyze delivery performance, inventory KPIs, and logistics costs to drive corrective actions.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a science-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, DRP, inventory management, or import/export operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Working knowledge of DRP concepts and inventory optimization.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP or OMP.
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
- Experience operating in a continuous improvement and performance-driven environment.
