LATAM Desk Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the LATAM retail segment to drive revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance KPIs, conversion rates, and client activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Trading, and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value retail clients and key partners across the LATAM region.
• Manage the full recruitment and performance management lifecycle for the sales team.
• Ensure all commercial activities comply with internal policies and regional regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of sales experience within financial services, specifically with retail clients.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Deep understanding of trading products including FX, CFDs, equities, and crypto.
• Extensive knowledge of LATAM market specifics, including client behavior and regulatory landscapes.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Portuguese is considered a strong plus.
