LATAM 4P Commercial Compute

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) strategy to drive profitable growth and market share across LATAM.
• Build bi-annual and full-year 4P plans across SMB, Enterprise, and Public segments.
• Define portfolio strategy, including product mix, premium focus, and AI device readiness.
• Drive pricing strategy and discipline, including special pricing, bid support, and regional negotiations.
• Define route-to-market (RTM) strategies across channels, distributors, and marketplaces.
• Own end-to-end demand generation, managing 360° go-to-market campaigns with partners like Intel, AMD, and NVIDIA.
• Monitor 4P KPIs including revenue, contribution margin, market share, and unit mix.
• Act as a central orchestrator across Category, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Alliance teams.
• Lead competitive benchmarking and market intelligence to defend market position.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in category management or P&L management.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and data analysis.
• Strong background in B2B business development and go-to-market strategy.
• Expertise in digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM).
