Last Mile Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport and hand off products to residential and business addresses safely and on time
• Use electric pallet jacks and dollies to move pallets in and out of the truck
• Stack batteries, complete light assembly, and commission the app-based system at each site
• Answer or direct questions and address concerns on-site with professional communication
• Remove all packaging and debris from the member's property
• Follow efficient routes to hit delivery windows consistently
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and perform basic maintenance checks
• Record delivery times, addresses, and product notes accurately in the delivery app
• Assist with loading, unloading, and truck cycle counts
• Follow all driving and product-handling safety protocols
• Flag delays, damages, or missing items to dispatch promptly

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Experience driving box trucks, vans, or commercial vehicles preferred
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with members
• Ability to learn and use apps and tech platforms
• Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs
• Comfortable navigating routes using GPS or mapping software
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Able to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
