Laser Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including skin analysis and treatment suitability evaluations.
• Perform laser and skincare treatments such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and resurfacing.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, pre-procedure preparation, and post-treatment care.
• Assist dermatologists and physicians during advanced laser procedures and support personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention, laser safety, regulatory requirements, and clinical protocols.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain laser equipment and ensure readiness of treatment rooms and supplies.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, including assessments, treatment records, and informed consents.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Beauty Therapy, Laser Technology, or a related healthcare field.
• Successful completion of an accredited Laser Hair Reduction/Laser Therapy training program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in laser treatments, dermatology, aesthetics, or a related healthcare setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of laser technologies, skin assessment, and patient safety standards.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License.
