Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clientele to enhance satisfaction and productivity
- Perform laser services including Laser Hair Removal and Photo-facials
- Perform aesthetic services such as dermaplaning, SkinPen micro-needling, facials, chemical peels, and HydraFacial
- Perform body contouring services including CoolSculpting
- Provide customized skin care plans through services and product sales
- Conduct full aesthetic consultations to meet client goals
- Maintain strict medical protocols regarding state regulation, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain clean and organized treatment areas and manage inventory needs
- Ensure accurate and timely charting for all client appointments
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Issued Laser Technician license
- Issued Medical Esthetician License
- Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
- Extensive knowledge of laser and skin treatment procedures
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
