Laser Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser machines, production saws, and tumble blast machines
• Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues per part specifications
• Examine work pieces for defects using fixtures, gauges, and measuring tools
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain 5S standards
• Operate hand and power tools
• Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings
• Ability to perform standard shop computations
• Willingness to rotate through multiple manufacturing operations
• Ability to follow administrative and procedural policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
