Large Model Algorithm Researcher (Multimodal & Code AI)

Responsibilities

• Research and develop multimodal foundation large models (VLM) to enhance perception and reasoning capabilities.
• Develop Code AI to leverage LLM reasoning for improved program performance and R&D efficiency.
• Enhance multimodal perception encoders by exploring adaptive frame rates and integrating modalities like audio and user behavior.
• Work on fusing multimodal perception with thinking capabilities to improve model cognitive abilities.
• Drive cutting-edge research to support massive video content understanding and multilingual content consumption.

Requirements

• PhD in Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proven research track record with published papers in relevant fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python or C/C++.
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Hands-on research experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Award winners in competitive programming or data science (e.g., ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, TopCoder, or Kaggle).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
