Large Format Print Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, support, and maintain HP large format printing solutions for enterprise clients
• Manage color management and image workflows using RIP software such as Onyx or Caldera
• Provide onsite technical support, including break-fix interventions and preventive maintenance
• Guide customers through equipment installation, onboarding, and hands-on training
• Resolve complex technical and relationship challenges promptly and professionally
• Use monitoring tools and data insights to proactively prevent equipment issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor third-party service providers

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in field service, customer support, or technical roles
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of electronics, electromechanics, and hardware installation
• Demonstrated expertise in color management and image workflow preparation
• Proficiency in both French and English
• Experience with RIP software (Onyx or Caldera) and field service management platforms
