Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the school's after-school center (fritidshem) activities
• Take primary responsibility for the younger students
• Collaborate with colleagues and F-5 teachers to create meaningful leisure time
• Manage recess supervision (rastvärdskap)
• Provide classroom support as needed
• Plan, document, and implement high-quality teaching and activities

Requirements

• Trained teacher in after-school center (lärare i fritidshem), teacher for early primary years (lärare i grundskolans tidigare åldrar), or preschool teacher (förskollärare)
• Experience and confidence in working within an after-school environment
• Low-arousal approach (lågaffektivt förhållningssätt) in student interactions
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in teams
• Reflective approach to teaching methods and professional development
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians
