Vita Vidderna is an independent primary school (F-3) located in Kiruna. We focus on combining goal-oriented learning with real-world experiences in a warm and safe school environment, utilizing outdoor pedagogy to enhance student learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support and learning experiences tailored to unique student needs
• Work to develop the after-school center (fritidshem)
• Plan, document, and implement teaching in accordance with regulatory documents
• Collaborate with school leadership and colleagues to develop the school
• Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians

Requirements

• Teaching certification (lärarlegitimation)
• Experience working in an after-school center or school setting
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in teams
• Reflective approach to teaching methods
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to provide a clean criminal record (belastningsregister) as required by the Swedish Education Act
