Language Arts Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, small-group language arts classes for advanced students using company-created curriculum
• Actively involve students in student-led learning environments
• Manage classroom dynamics for up to 16 students
• Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback on tests
• Build strong relationships with students and families to support their educational journey
• Foster critical thinking and a lifelong love for learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Strong content knowledge in reading, writing, and/or grammar
• Experience teaching or tutoring students
• Availability for weekday evenings (starting as early as 4pm) and/or weekends
• Ability to work onsite at our Fremont, CA campus

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or a humanities field
