Language Arts Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging curriculum using company-created materials designed for advanced K-12 students
• Lead small classes of up to 16 students, actively involving them in student-led learning
• Manage classroom dynamics and provide constructive feedback on tests and assignments
• Build strong relationships with students and families to support their educational journey
• Inspire a love for learning and critical thinking through language arts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required (Education or Humanities preferred)
• Strong content knowledge in reading, writing, and/or grammar
• Ability to teach weekday evenings (starting as early as 4pm) or weekends
• Must be located in or near Irvine, CA and able to commute to our campus for in-person instruction

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous classroom teaching experience at the K-12 level
• Experience in tutoring or teaching students in a formal or informal setting
