About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging language arts curriculum designed for advanced K-12 students
- Lead small-group classes (up to 16 students) using student-led learning techniques
- Manage classroom dynamics and foster a collaborative environment
- Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback on tests
- Build strong relationships with students and their families to support their educational journey
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (degree in education or humanities strongly preferred)
- Strong content knowledge in reading, writing, and/or grammar
- Experience teaching or tutoring students
- Availability to work weekday evenings (starting as early as 4pm) and/or weekends
- Ability to commute to our Johns Creek, GA campus
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous classroom teaching experience at the K-12 level
