About the role

Responsibilities

  • Teach engaging language arts curriculum designed for advanced K-12 students
  • Lead small-group classes (up to 16 students) using student-led learning techniques
  • Manage classroom dynamics and foster a collaborative environment
  • Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback on tests
  • Build strong relationships with students and their families to support their educational journey

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (degree in education or humanities strongly preferred)
  • Strong content knowledge in reading, writing, and/or grammar
  • Experience teaching or tutoring students
  • Availability to work weekday evenings (starting as early as 4pm) and/or weekends
  • Ability to commute to our Johns Creek, GA campus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous classroom teaching experience at the K-12 level
