Landscaper

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct internal and external landscaping teams to execute site plans, designs, and schedules
• Review and develop Biodiversity Plans across multiple campuses in alignment with Hazard Reduction and Fire Management plans
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate materials, staff, equipment, and on-site facilities
• Ensure cost control and adherence to annualised finances and budgetary planning
• Promote legislative compliance in alignment with local, state, federal, and campus standards

Requirements

• Extensive experience in landscaping and grounds work (e.g., mowing, weed spraying)
• Experience in a leadership and/or administrative capacity
• Working knowledge of legislative standards
• Degree in horticulture is highly sought
• Full Australian working rights
• Valid Blue Card (issued within the last 5 years) or willingness to supply
• National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months) or willingness to supply
